Mr Tay joined SGX in January 2011 and is responsible for the Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) Programme of the exchange. Prior to joining SGX, he worked at the SBL desks of DBS Bank and Fortis Bank N/V Singapore. He has over 10 years’ experience in the securities industry.
